Duties
Performing advanced research on energy processes and systems aimed at decarbonization and conducting related analyses. Below are the potential research topics to be conducted by the researcher:
- Modeling of energy systems adopting hydrogen and ammonia, and their supply chains
- Proposal and evaluation of decarbonization processes in industry
- Technology development related to the carbon cycle (including carbon capture and utilization)

- In accordance with Tohoku University’s employment regulations.

Overtime and other explanations: Discretionary Labor System (Deemed working hours: 7.75 hours/day)

Qualifications
- Research experience and interest aligned with the themes described above
- Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary research
- Proficiency in English for daily and academic communication and writing
A doctoral degree in a relevant field
