* Bring your student ID card and return it to the reception.
　You cannot keep it after graduation. The card is no longer valid from October 1.
* Inform the Academic Affairs Section in case you feel unwell.
　Please understand that those who feel unwell cannot attend the ceremony.
* For those who will be absent, be sure to inform the Academic Affairs Section in advance.
　Certificate will be mailed from the student’s laboratory after the ceremony.
* Seats for student’s guests such as family members, friends, and relatives will be available.
