     1. If you have lost your acceptance letter, please bring your residence card or other documents.
     2. If you cannot come to the school on the above date due to unavoidable circumstances, please come to pick up your application on another date after 11:00 on April 6 (Thu.). The office is open from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:15.
     3. Students who have not yet arrived in Japan as of April 1 (Sat.) will receive each document addressed　to their laboratory.
