On November 19, 2024, our graduate school formally concluded an academic exchange agreement with Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), accompanied by a signing ceremony.
The ceremony welcomed Chancellor Alizedney M. Ditucalan and Professor Hernando Pactao Bacosa from MSU-IIT. Representing our graduate school were Dean Toshiaki Yoshioka, Associate Professor Takuro Kobashi, Deputy Director of International Affairs, and Associate Professor Mei-Fang Chien, the primary coordinator for this agreement.
After the presentation of two institutions, Dean Yoshioka and Chancellor Ditucalan signed the agreement, marking the official start of a collaborative partnership between the two institutions. Professor Bacosa has been collaborating with Associate Professor Chien and her research group and has co-authored more than 10 academic papers. This agreement is expected to further enhance joint research initiatives and promote student exchanges between the two institutions.
